How a Rack Lease Works
1 · Walkthrough
We look at the space, what you're storing, and how long you need it, then put the racking, the term, and the price in a written quote.
2 · Delivered and installed
Racking and wire decking delivered and installed by our own crew, set up for your pallets and your forklift.
3 · Torn down and hauled out
When the lease ends, we come back, tear it down, and haul it out, so your space is clear on schedule. See teardown & removal.

Straight Answers — Rack Leasing
Can I rent pallet racking instead of buying it?
Yes. For short-term needs we lease pallet racking and wire decking, install it, and take it back out when you're done. It's a good fit when buying rack you'll only use for a few months doesn't make sense.
How long can I lease racking for?
The lease length is set in your quote around your project, whether that's a few weeks or several months. Tell us your start date and when you expect to be done.
What does a rack lease include?
The racking and wire decking, delivery, installation, and the teardown and haul-out at the end. Your quote spells out exactly what's included and for how long.
Can you set up racking outdoors or under a tent?
We've installed leased racking and wire decking under a tent for a Tampa industrial yard. Whether an outdoor or covered setup makes sense depends on your site and what you're storing, and we'll talk it through on the walkthrough.
How much does it cost to rent pallet racking?
It depends on how much rack you need, the frame and beam sizes, how long you need it, and site access. Every lease is priced from a walkthrough and a written quote.
What happens when the lease ends?
Our crew comes back, tears the racking down, bands it, and hauls it out, so your space is clear on schedule.
What if I end up needing the racking long-term?
