What's Included
We buy usable rack
When the rack is usable, we buy it outright. Our crew tears it down and hauls it out, and if you're also buying from us, the value can be credited against the new install. Sell your used pallet racking.
Relocation — same job, two addresses
We tear down at the old site, tag and count every component, and rebuild to the new layout — you get the shortage list before the truck leaves.
Reconfiguration — no shutdown required
Re-beaming, level changes, aisle adjustments, and adding runs to an existing system without shutting the building down.

What a Rack Teardown Includes
Full takedown
Decking, beams, row spacers, and frames come down in order. Components are banded and palletized for load-out.
Short-term rack needs
Need racking for a few weeks or months instead? We lease it, install it, and take it back out. See rack leasing.
What happens to the steel
We buy usable rack outright, haul away what isn't, or store and reinstall it at your new site. The quote says which.
What we need to quote it

How is racking teardown priced?
Teardown is priced on its own from a walkthrough. The size and height of the system, access, and whether the steel is hauled away, stored, or reinstalled all move the number. If the rack is usable, we may buy it, which can offset the teardown or a new install.
Do you buy used racking?
When the rack is usable, yes. We buy it outright, our crew tears it down and hauls it out, and if you're also buying from us, the value can be credited against the new install. See selling your used racking.
Can you move our racking to a new building?
Yes. We tear down at the old site, tag and count every component, and rebuild to the new layout. You get the shortage list before the truck leaves, so nothing surprises you on install day.
Can you reconfigure without shutting us down?
Yes. Re-beaming, level changes, aisle adjustments, and adding runs to an existing system are done while your building keeps operating — we sequence the work around your traffic.
Do you do teardowns for dealers, GCs, and property owners?
Yes. We do teardowns for dealers who sold the rack but don't want the teardown, GCs and owners clearing a space for a new tenant, and moving companies. On dealer jobs we stay out of your customer relationship.
